At VeleHome™, delivery and processing times are based on working days, which are Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.

For most products, we offer next working day delivery within the UK. To receive this service on eligible items, please place your order before 2:00 p.m. (UK time) on a working day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., on Sundays or on UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.

The most accurate delivery estimate for each product is always shown clearly on the relevant product page and may also be confirmed again at checkout.
